The decimal offset

may be interpreted as the precision to use when computing the ceiling. If

is not an integer, the integer floor
will be used.
Examples
= @ceil(@pi)
returns 4.
= @ceil(@pi,2)
returns 3.15.
= @ceil(-@pi)
returns -3.
